In their own words

Failing teeth for a decade and dreading a denture. Four implants and fixed teeth the same day was not what I expected to be possible.

MMartin C.All-on-4 Dental Implants★★★★★

Losing my remaining teeth felt like the end of eating properly. Walked out with a fixed provisional bridge the same day as the surgery.

SSandra W.All-on-4 Dental Implants★★★★★

Two clinics said grafting first, a year at least. Dr Patel's plan used All-on-4 instead, fixed teeth in a day. I wish I'd found this sooner.

HHarold N.All-on-4 Dental Implants★★★★★

From consultation to final smile, everything was clear, calm and exactly as quoted. The All-on-4 treatment gave me my confidence back in a single day.

What is All-on-4?

All-on-4 replaces every tooth in an arch, upper, lower or both, with a fixed bridge supported by just four implants. Two are placed vertically at the front where bone is strongest; two are angled at up to 45° at the back, cleverly avoiding the sinus above and the nerve below.

That angulation is the genius of the technique: it uses the bone you already have, which is why most All-on-4 patients avoid bone grafting entirely, and why the provisional bridge can usually be fixed to the implants on the very day of surgery. You never go home without teeth.

Your journey

All-on-4 treatment, step by step

One surgery day, fixed teeth immediately, final bridge at 3–6 months.

At every stage of life

All-on-4 at every age

Full-arch problems arrive at different ages for different reasons, the solution adapts.

Under 40

Younger adults

Rarer, but real: severe trauma, genetic conditions affecting teeth, or decay that spiralled. All-on-4 gives a definitive reset decades of patchwork dentistry can't, planned around a long life ahead.

40–54

Failing dentition

Gum disease and heavily-filled teeth often reach a tipping point here. Rather than losing teeth one by one over years, one planned treatment stops the decline for good.

55–69

The denture escape

The classic All-on-4 patient: done with adhesive, covered palates and careful chewing. Fixed teeth restore around 90% of natural bite force, and dinner menus open right back up.

70+

Older adults

No upper age limit, bone integrates with titanium at any age. For many older patients All-on-4 is less about appearance and everything about eating well, speaking clearly and staying social.

Aftercare, risks and your guarantee

Caring for your bridge

  • Brush the bridge twice daily like natural teeth
  • Clean underneath with a water flosser or super-floss daily
  • Hygienist maintenance every 3–6 months
  • Annual professional removal, deep clean and inspection

What can put implants at risk?

  • Hard, crunchy foods during the provisional healing phase
  • Smoking while the implants integrate
  • Gum infection around implants (peri-implantitis)
  • Skipping the maintenance programme

Full-arch implant survival is around 95–98% at 10 years, and every risk above is manageable with your plan.

Your guarantee

  • Implant fixtures guaranteed for 10 years
  • Final bridge guaranteed for 5 years
  • Free-of-charge review appointments in year one
  • Conditional on attending your maintenance programme

Full written guarantee terms are provided with your fixed treatment plan.

Guarantees decoded

  • What's covered: the implant fixture, the bridge, or both? Honest guarantees split them (e.g. 10 years fixtures, 5 years bridge)
  • What's excluded: gum disease, grinding without a nightguard, smoking, missed maintenance, reasonable when disclosed, ambushes when discovered later
  • What's required of you: nearly all guarantees are conditional on attending reviews and hygiene visits, which is fair, maintenance is what makes implants last
  • Who honours it: a guarantee is only as durable as the clinic behind it; get it in the treatment plan, not the brochure
Common questions

All-on-4 FAQs

In most cases, yes. Extractions, implant placement and fitting your fixed provisional bridge all happen in one planned visit, you arrive with failing teeth and leave the same day with fixed ones. Nobody sees you without teeth at any point.

Soft foods for the first 6–8 weeks, pasta, fish, eggs, well-cooked vegetables, soft bread. It protects the implants while bone grows onto them. We build you back up gradually, and once the final bridge is on, there are essentially no restrictions.

The same-day provisional is lighter acrylic, built for the healing phase. The final bridge, fitted at 3–6 months once your gums have settled into their permanent shape, is stronger, more lifelike, and precision-fitted to the healed gum line.

No, and that's the point. The bridge is screwed to the implants and stays fixed. Only your dentist removes it, typically once a year for a professional deep clean and inspection. Day to day, you clean it in place like natural teeth.

It's uncommon, and the protocol is well rehearsed: the implant is removed, the site heals or is grafted, and a replacement is placed. Often the bridge can be supported by the remaining implants in the meantime, so you're not left without teeth.

No. The bridge carries a slim gum-coloured section only where your own gum has receded, and it's designed to sit above your smile line, so when you smile, only teeth show. Modern zirconia bridges are routinely mistaken for natural teeth, even up close.
