Why a clinic just for implants?
Because missing teeth deserve more than a side room in a general practice. Implant dentistry done properly is a discipline, 3D planning, surgical precision, laboratory craftsmanship and years of structured aftercare. So we built a clinic where that discipline is the whole job.
London Dental Implants Clinic operates from the Perfect Smile practice at 106 Putney High Street, which means patients get focused implant care with the stability of an established practice behind it: real premises, a long-standing team, hygienists on site, and somewhere that will still be here for your ten-year review.
The promise we’re built on is simple to say and rare to find: a scan before any opinion, a written fixed price before any treatment, and honest advice even when it costs us the case.
Dr Vinal Patel
Every implant at this clinic is planned and placed by Dr Patel personally, no rotating associates, no handovers between strangers. The dentist who reads your scan is the one who places your implant and the one who reviews it years later.
Registered with the General Dental Council (GDC 311926), Dr Patel has focused his career on implant and surgical dentistry, from single front teeth where millimetres decide everything, to full-arch cases other clinics refer away.
Patients tend to mention the same two things: that he explains everything before it happens, and that nothing hurt as much as the dreading did.
