Don't just take our word for it, hear from people who've already made the journey to a fixed, permanent smile with Dr Patel.
See all patient reviews →I put off replacing my missing tooth for years out of fear. Dr Patel explained every step, the procedure was completely painless, and my new tooth is indistinguishable from the rest.
After twenty years of loose dentures I can finally eat what I like. The implant-retained denture has genuinely changed my day-to-day life.
From consultation to final smile, everything was clear, calm and exactly as quoted. The All-on-4 treatment gave me my confidence back in a single day.
Walked in with one failing front tooth, walked out the same day with a fixed replacement. I still cannot quite believe it happened in one visit.
Three back teeth gone for years, restored on two implants. Chewing on that side again feels like getting part of my life back.
I'd lost three teeth in a row from an old sports injury and hated the gap when I laughed. Two implants held the whole bridge, so I didn't need a separate implant for every single tooth. Recovery was much easier than I expected.
Every implant on this site is planned and placed by Dr Vinal Patel
"My job isn't to sell you an implant. It's to tell you honestly whether one is right for you, and if it is, to place it so well you forget it's there."
Dr Patel leads implant dentistry at Perfect Smile on Putney High Street, restoring everything from a single front tooth to full-arch same-day smiles. He plans every case on 3D CBCT imaging and carries out the surgery personally, you won't be passed between clinicians.
All types of dental implants, under one roof
From a single front tooth to a full-arch smile in a day, each treatment is planned and placed by Dr Patel using 3D CBCT-guided surgery.

Dental implants, answered plainly
A single tooth implant at our Putney clinic starts from £2,100, that includes the implant, abutment and crown as one fixed figure. All-on-4 full-arch treatment starts from £9,000 per arch. Every plan is priced in full at your free consultation, with 0% finance available over 6, 10 or 12 months.
Placement is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you should feel no pain during the procedure. Most patients describe recovery as milder than a tooth extraction, managed with over-the-counter pain relief for a few days. Sedation is available for nervous patients.
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, the titanium implant itself can last 25 years or more, often a lifetime. The crown on top typically lasts 10–15 years before it may need replacing.
Most healthy adults with missing teeth are suitable. At your free consultation we assess gum health, bone volume, smoking and relevant medical history. Even if you've been told you lack bone, options such as socket-preservation grafting or angled placement may make treatment possible.
Implants are rarely available on the NHS and only in exceptional medical cases, such as reconstruction after cancer or trauma. For most patients they are private treatment, which is why we publish transparent fixed prices and offer 0% finance.
A straightforward single implant typically takes 3–6 months from placement to final crown, allowing time for the implant to fuse with your bone. Same-day options such as Teeth in a Day can give you fixed provisional teeth on the day of surgery.
Headline prices in Turkey can be lower, but the total picture often isn't: flights and accommodation, treatment compressed into days rather than allowing proper healing, and no local clinician if something needs adjusting or fails. UK dentists regularly treat complications from overseas implant work, and remedial treatment can cost more than doing it properly once.
